Our big excitement this weekend came in the form of this little bunny. Gregor and the kids found this too cute baby bunny by our house on Friday night when we had some friends over for dinner. There was no mother in sight. We all had a big debate on whether someone should keep the bunny and try to raise it or if we should release it back into the wild. It was SO tiny and cute!! Friday night we ultimately decided to release the bunny next to our house after reading that they are usually okay after their eyes are open and their ears are sticking up. We thought that was the end of the bunny until Gregor saw the bunny again under our car last night. The bunny is in love with us. It followed us around all over the sidewalk when we tried to walk away and would snuggle up next to my foot and fall asleep. We debated once again if we should bring it into the house or not, and again decided that it was best to keep him outside thinking it was a good sign that he had survived two nights outside. This little guy is so cute though. It would hop onto our fingers and snuggle on our feet. It was trying to cozy up in Gregor's shorts. Gregor and I were smitten. We looked for the bunny again this morning, but I didn't see him out there. I'm hoping he will come out and play with us tonight.
